The service
RailNow provides station, timetable, journey, disruption, map and personal travel-history information. RailNow is not a transport operator, ticket retailer or emergency service and does not form a contract of carriage.
Live information
Timetables, platforms, cancellations, vehicle positions and disruption messages originate from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete or changed without notice. Always follow station signage, staff instructions and the operating company's official information when they differ.
Acceptable use
You may use RailNow for personal travel planning and journey recording. You may not bypass rate limits, automate abusive traffic, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation or redistribute provider data in violation of applicable rights.
Your Journal
Journal records and custom names are maintained on your device. You are responsible for confirming that a journey was actually taken and for keeping any exported or shared record appropriate for its audience.
Maps and third-party services
MapKit, OpenStreetMap-derived data and public-transport provider services remain subject to their respective terms and attribution requirements. Their availability is outside RailNow's direct control.
Subscriptions
RailNow Pro is currently presented as a preview unless App Store products and complete subscriber benefits are available. If subscriptions are introduced, price, billing period and cancellation terms will be shown by the App Store before purchase, and billing, renewal and cancellation are managed by Apple through your App Store account.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, RailNow is not liable for missed services, consequential travel costs or decisions based solely on incomplete third-party information. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
